Progress continues at 710 North Centre Street as the Union Rescue Mission looks to expand its operations. Pastor David Ziler told WCBC that the first floor will hold bedrooms, bathrooms, and dining facilities while the second floor will serve many purposes, including office space, rec rooms, and art and music rooms.
