A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. as Allegany County unveils its Wellness Outdoor Complex on Old Willowbrook Road. The complex is nicknamed “WOW” and features a track, pavilion, and fitness court. Allegany College of Maryland provided the land for the complex, located near Cumberland Meadows Senior Living.
