On Friday, February 28, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Victoria Taylor.  The warrant was issued as the result of Taylor failing to appear in court on original charges of Disorderly Conduct, Affray, and two counts of Assault-2nd Degree.  At approximately 11:32 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department located Victoria Taylor at a residence in the 200 block of Valley Street.  When officers attempted to arrest Taylor, she resisted.  After a brief struggle, Taylor was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking.  She was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and posted two $5,000 unsecured personal bonds.
