Over 60 bills have now been introduced during the second special session of the West Virginia legislature. Governor Jim Justice added four new items on Monday to the list that he would like lawmakers to address. New items for consideration include childcare services, school safety, an agricultural drought relief program, and charter school funding for the state’s School Building Authority. Legislators reconvened on Sunday evening to take up the bills.
