On April 5th, 2025 at approximately 11:19 a.m. officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business on Industrial Boulevard for a male looking into patron’s vehicles. An officer contacted the male matching the description provided. The officer identified the male as Jacob Allen Kasecamp. A consensual search of Kasecamp was conducted and a quantity of CDS was located in his possession. Kasecamp was issued a citation for the offense and released from the scene pending trial at District Court.
