Former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan would like to see a return of American foreign policy to the standards of the 1980s. Hogan, a Republican, is seeking the Senate seat currently held by Democrat Ben Cardin Hogan added that isolationism is not the answer and the U.S. must support Ukraine and Israel.
