The City of Cumberland Engineering Department, on behalf of WSP USA Inc., would like to notify the public that the Henderson Avenue Bridge will be closed on the westbound lane with flagging operations directing traffic on Wednesday, October 16th, from 9am to 12pm in order to perform a bridge inspection. Once completed, operations will shift to the eastbound lane from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Flagging operations will be in effect to direct traffic through the temporary lane closures. The Engineering Department will issue further notification when closures are scheduled and when traffic patterns change.
