On 11/19/2024 the Cumberland City Police served a Fugitive Warrant on Michael Caswell. Caswell was wanted through Mineral County, WV for domestic battery. Caswell was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center. Caswell is being held without bond pending extradition to West Virginia.
