Frostburg State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance is hosting their sixth Mountain Maryland Theatre Festival on Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25.  Nicole Mattis, one of the organizers for FSU’s Mountain Maryland Festival says the weekend promotes and supports local grade school artists…

   

“It brings together regional performing arts students from grades six to twelve who come to FSU for two days of total performance arts emergence and engagement.  What’s really exciting is a lot of our alumni from FSU return to the festival to present professional workshops for the students.”
