West Virginia will have a new U.S. Senator to replace Joe Manchin who stepped down from the seat he has held since 2010. Republican Governor Jim Justice will move on to Washington after handily beating Democrat Glenn Elliott. This is the first time West Virginia has held two Republican U.S. Senate seats since 1958. Jim Justice joins Senator Shelly Moore-Capito in representing the Mountain State in Washington.
