Seasonal allergies are active in Maryland, and experts have tips on how to treat them.  UnitedHealthcare offers tips including running air conditioners in the home or car, showering before bed, and using air purifiers to reduce pollen levels.  Over-the-counter medication can provide help, but Dr. Greg Carvenale with UnitedHealthcare says the right one needs to be used…
