On October 14th, 2024 at approximately 9:20 a.m. an officer from the Cumberland Police Department was patrolling the area of E. Harrison Street. During this time, the officer observed Asaad Mikhail Raymond to be walking upon CSX property that is clearly marked “NO TRESPASSING,” The officer contacted Raymond and informed him of the violation. Raymond was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and released pending trial at District Court.
