On Monday, October 7th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the 600 Block of Columbia Avenue for the report of an argument. Upon arrival, Officers met with business employees who advised that a female could not pay her bill. When Officers confronted Allison Kuhn, she made several statements advising she would damage the property to Officers. An application for charges was submitted to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office, resulting in a criminal summons. On Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, Officers located Kuhn, and she was served with the summons. She was released pending her trial at the District Court.

 

Arrest: Allison Ruth Kuhn, age 33, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Threat of Arson, Disorderly Conduct.
