The Cumberland Police and the C3I Unit continue to probe the death of 42-year-old Todd Adams who was found deceased in the Frederick Street parking garage on December 22, 2024. The victim, Todd Adams, was known to the local area and frequented the downtown Cumberland area, particularly the resources catering to the homeless population. Mr. Adams was well known downtown and was noticeable due to having a prosthetic leg. We are particularly interested in talking to anyone who was with him or observed him walking downtown Saturday prior to the discovery of his death, Sunday at 1:30 am.

Mr. Adams does have a family who have been notified of his death and are grieving, concerned and cooperating with the investigation. We hope we can do them justice by helping them understand what happened to Todd and give them closure.
