Maryland and Virginia Senators joined forces on Capitol Hill to introduce the Conducting Oversight to Secure Transparency of Relocations Act. Nicknamed COST, the legislation would require any federal agency to release an analysis on relocation before moving offices out of the national capital region.  Senators, including Maryland’s Jamie Raskin, say that President’s Trump desire to decentralize offices will cripple their missions…
