TRESPASSING ARRESTS

On April 18th, 2025 at approximately 3:45 p.m., an officer from the Cumberland Police Department observed four subjects in an area conspicuously posted, "NO TRESPASSING." The officer contacted the subjects identified as Mickey Charles McGeady, Jodi Renee Evans, Ivan Candelaria Valentin, and Frank Leonard Nicol. Each subject was then issued a criminal citation for trespassing and released pending trial at District Court. 

NAME: Mickey Charles McGeady  AGE: 49 Cumberland, MD

CHARGE: Trespassing on Posted Property

NAME: Jodi Renee Evans  AGE: 48 Moorefield, WV

CHARGE: Trespassing on Posted Property

NAME: Ivan Candelaria Valentin  AGE: 38 Cumberland, MD

CHARGE: Trespassing on Posted Property

NAME: Frank Leonard Nicol  AGE: 57 Cumberland, MD

CHARGE: Trespassing on Posted Property

TRESPASSING ARREST

On April 18th, 2025 at approximately 12:31 p.m., an officer from the Cumberland Police Department observed a subject trespassing on the property of CSX that was conspicuously posted, "NO TRESPASSING." The subject was identified as Danis Y. Usmanov. He was placed under arrest and issued a criminal citation for trespassing. Usmanov was then released pending trial at District Court.
