Dawn Marie Fishel, 40 of Frostburg, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation for the 2023 plea deal for Conspiracy-CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics where she received 3-years supervised probation. Fishel is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
