On 11/19/2024 the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on Christopher King. King failed to comply with pre-trial release conditions from a pending assault case. King was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking. King received a bond hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was held without bond.
