On March 31, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a two Circuit Court Bench Warrants on Jared Nathaniel Citarelli. The Circuit Court Bench Warrants were issued for CDS possession not marijuana and CDS possession not Cannabis. Citarelli was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center.   

Arrest: Jared Nathaniel Citarelli, age 36, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Circuit Court Bench Warrants, CDS Possession not marijuana and CDS possession not Cannabis.
