On November 6, 2024, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Michael Haymond. The Warrant was issued as a result of Haymond failing to appear for his trial scheduled for April 22, 2024. The original charge was possession of a controlled dangerous substance where Haymond was released on a criminal citation. Haymond was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, awaiting his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
Arrest: Michael Paul Haymond, age 41, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Failure to Appear – CDS Possession
