On January 22, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the 13000 Block of Ali Ghan Road for the report of an impaired driver. Upon arrival, Officers observed the operator, Carson Driver, in control of the vehicle in the parking lot. After completing the investigation, Driver was arrested for driving under the influence. He was released after being issued citations pending his trial at the District Court.

Arrest: Carson Matthew Driver, age 24, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
