Allegany County Public Schools has announced that Bonnie Rowley will be "Acting" Assistant Principal at West Side Elementary School. Rowley has been an employee of Allegany County Public Schools for the past 36 years. She started the first pre-kindergarten program in Allegany County at John Humbird Elementary School and worked as Assistant Principal at Cash Valley Elementary School for seven year. Rolwey will hold the acting position through the end of the 2024-25 academic school year.
